Makes TV look like child's play. Imagine programming tailored to the individual, shaping their reality, accessing a hidden database being built on each of us, our biases, our prejudices, our fears and then providing us our picture of "reality." I'm glad to see this video shows the tobacco industry commercials of old, that was a real coup in social engineering and "advertisers" had very serious psychological expertise working for them. What we have now blows that out of the water. This is why I have for some time now said that despite its promising roots, I believe the Internet will prove to be the most serious tool of tyranny that has ever existed. It probably already is.

I really don't think the "inventors" of the Internet ever thought it would go this far. Sure, a lot of good has come out of it. But, oh... there's a ton of darkness across the web, as well.

Today is crazy . One of my Facebook friends has a troll stalking her . Wants me to tell her how to block the profile . Turns out that , when she types the profile name in , nothing with that profile picture comes up . Obviously , the hackers at Facebook are behind this . I told her I'm not on Facebook, anymore . She needs to cut Facebook and sign up at IDW .
