Donald Trump's bump stock ban turns peaceful gun owners into felons by fiat...
[reason.com]

The ban, which took effect this week, usurps congressional authority by rewriting an inconvenient law.

Wonder why you never see me go all rah rah over any politician ? All politicians are thieves and liars .

"Real History" Group

Isn't that the definition of the word?

@BarbPeterson According to their activities , yes . They get together and decide what to do with other people's money . They're in the bottom of the barrel with insurance brokers and ambulance chasers.

except one ...My hero ... sainted sane Ted Mack ... He supported Swiss style C. I. R. Direct Democracy ... [en.wikipedia.org] ... Another might be Sonny Bono ... He almost got CIR into the Federal sphere in the USA while they weren't paying attention to supposed jokers...Unfortunately he ran into unfortunately as no one threatens control of the money supply

Semi Auto is plenty fast. The bump stock ban will accomplish nothing good.

Especially if one has an "energetic" trigger finger...

I would be really concerned about bump stock bans but the fact is their use leads to great an increase in inaccurate target acquisition. If truth be known, one can almost match the frequency of round per minute by rapid trigger action while being far more accurate. Bump stocks are for idiots. And yes, I own a firearm and can place a round between your eyes at one hundred yards, twenty five yards with a hand gun. Bump stocks are very dumb ideas.

The fact that they are re-interpreting the language to equate bump stocks with fully automatic weapons that is alarming. If they can do that with this, what else will they do?

@BarbPeterson [english-magazine.org] ... sorry ...i'll go away now

This is soooooo wrong. And the government just keeps on over reaching, expanding its power, and crushing citizens under its boot.
