"Enforcing Mask Wearing DESPITE Proof and Common Knowledge that they DON’T Actually Work."

Not that I'm pro-enforcement of mask wearing as this this should be a free choice. But to claim "they don't actually work" raises eyebrows. May not work 100% but it serves the purpose it was designed for, which is to reduce the risk of transmissions. Surgeons wear them in the O.R. Should they now stop wearing them? How do you think you'd react hearing "masks don't actually work" if the Covid panic weren't around?

This strategy of demonizing masks and practically shaming those who wear them is causing division within the Conservative camp. Attention should be focused on the more substantive issues instead, and not let people miss that mountain by focusing on this molehill.

The only thing truthful in that comment is that masks serve the purpose they were designed for. A symbol of fear and submission.

I think that description of surgical masks came about only in 2020.
