The strategy says that experts and evidence have shown today’s domestic terrorists include those who espouse “racial or ethnic bigotry and hatred” as well as “anti-government or anti-authority sentiment.” However, anti-law enforcement ideologies such as those espoused by Antifa and Black Lives Matter were not mentioned.
Nor were Teachers' Unions and various government and corporate entities pushing CRT.

You can count on that too.
In all fairness, I can think of incidents where family & friends & co-workers made reports about people, even complaints to the local police authorities, and nothing was done. Same for acts of terrorism, sky-jackings, serial killers, missing persons, ect.
The enforcement apparatus is already up to its eyeballs in trying to maintain 'domestic tranquility'.
Smokescreen subterfuge trying to create an illusion of suspicion among family members that is already being ideology attacked, maybe trying to make everyone forget the gay agenda of San Francisco & the democratic party shenanigans. They are just looking for exploitive personnel a.k.a. minions & useful idiots.

Absolutely, one of the recent lone shooters was well known and the family had repeatedly reported how dangerous and mentally ill he was. Didn't work did it?
The real reason for this is creating strife among people as sheeples increasingly become suspicious of those who don't buy the various agendas. They are creating serious cracks and divides within communities against any that do not comply. This is how you seed civil war.
This was also how communist countries used the citizenry to enforce government control and distrust among family and communities. "Someone is always watching you".
