I just came across this and was saddened by the fact that the hard left will go to such lengths to assassinate the character of someone like Jordan Peterson, just because he disagrees with their ideology. But it is a hard lesson for the rest of us. The radical left will resort to lies to further their evil agenda. Some might say that using the term "evil" is out of line. Sue me.

Here's whats his names review - [nybooks.com] Not sure how much of Peterson's book was read to him but whoever wrote his article put some $2 words in.

This bit struck me: "Like Peterson, many of these hyper-masculinist thinkers saw compassion as a vice and urged insecure men to harden their hearts against the weak (women and minorities) on the grounds that the latter were biologically and culturally inferior."
Tells me that this Pankaj Mishra doesn't get Peterson at all, and simply lumps him in with right-wingers while using those afore-mentioned $2 words.
"Peterson calls it, correctly, “psychological and social dissolution.” But he is a disturbing symptom of the malaise to which he promises a cure."
Puh-leeeeeze... could this guy be any more melodramatic?
