I was reading about moral alignment online and was interested in its relation to politics. I think our moral compass defines some of our political beliefs. Personally, for the most part I don't believe that an individual's political stance determines whether or not he/she is a Christian, but it is fascinating. The moral alignment system uses different combinations of preferences such as good, evil, or neutral, and chaotic verses lawful. These words do not necessarily mean their exact definitions (i.e.- neutral good doesn't necessarily mean apathetic good and chaotic good doesn't necessarily mean you're a criminal). My personal alignment is neutral good, though I think growing up I was more lawful good. Honestly, chaotic good (the Robinhood mentality to a degree has always seemed enticing to me), but I would not be able to resist the extreme of literally being my own god and doing whatever I wanted out of a belief that I knew better than everyone else. Anyways, I was wondering what your opinion was. The alignment test is easydamus.com/alignmenttest.html.
Also, just because we believe in certain morals doesn't mean we follow them consistently. It's human to make mistakes. Which moral alignment do you think is the most correct? For example, is it always essential to obey the law or in some unusual circumstances can it be broken if, say, you or a friend is being falsely accused?Does anyone want to post any moral dilemmas?

True Middle, but I consider myself to be as inconsistent as can be.

Sounds interesting. I’m not familiar with it. I’m going to go there right now and check it out. I will report back to you when I’m done
