Although I don't know him personally, the guy in that video -- Ty Smith -- lives in my city, which is where that meeting took place. We are all proud of him. 🙂

There's an obvious solution I think we've all been neglecting. How about if all the white people identify as black non-binary lesbians? Then we can all then just get along.
