My priorities
Mondays:
1 coffee
2 coffee
3 coffee
4 coffee
5 everything else
Today, the order might change. MIGHT.
(I kid, I kid. Kinda.)
I find it interesting that you do not include yourself on there. You will not be able to take care of any of them for long if you are not taking care of yourself first.
God, wife, sons, job, wine, cigars
Good priorities!
I’d be curious to know why the business comes before your mother and wife. I’ve heard of men going bankrupt to the tune of billions in debt and then go on to win the Presidency, but I’ve never heard of a man who made himself a new mother, or replaced exactly his own wife. Care to elaborate?
Ok. Sorry about my initial vagueness. I own a restaurant. I’ve been there forty years. My usual audience is my customers. Half of them have practically raised me and I’m usually trying to start a conversation. Bartending 202.
My wife and oldest son help me run the business. My other son is a very successful business man. My daughter is a senior in college and will hopefully not need to be on the list for long. My mother is 87 and I’m the closest to her. Plus, my wife insists that I put Mom first. My wife is the strongest human being I’ve ever met. I’m just lucky she chose me.
My actual point of my priorities list was that that is it. Those four. Everything and everyone else is secondary
@BobbyL31 Ah, now I get you, so it’s more like your daytimer priority, not absolute meaning to you kind of priority, is that correct?
@StrykerWolfe
Yeah. Close. I guess I’m no. 1 right now. I’m getting bilateral knee replacements Wednesday
@BobbyL31 Good Luck with the surgery and God Bless.
Apparently you've raised and set free 2 boys into the world, but you're holding on to your daughter. Love it. Pretty sure I'd put my wife above the others (especially my mother).
Hopefully my daughter has one more year till independence. My wife doesn’t need anybody. I’m just happy she chose me
