I live in central NYS, which altho' rural is still under the heel of the Tyrant of Albany. The mask hoax is ubiquitous, everywhere people wear the useless talisman, sometimes even outdoors. I've never worn it outdoors, and have been defying the mandate by wearing it below my nose. (I like to breathe.) This week I've gone maskless: to the PO to send a package, to the gas station - paying indoors, and just now to the supermarket. Everyone around me was masked, but no one stopped me or challenged me. A tide turned? PS: I didn't get, and will not get, the shot.

I can understand people who do the no. 2 wearing a mask, but not to pee.

Tennessee has been largely like this for most of this whole affair, in between the bigger cities. Maybe it was a wise course, with the highest density populations taking the highest degree of precaution? I wonder if the sense of equality and fairness isn't part of why the urban dwellers wanted all to suffer in kind and equal measure.

I also wonder how many urban dwellers have meditated on what the between-places dwellers have suffered and/or contributed throughout this mess.

I'm glad to hear that you were able to go about without the mask. We have started doing the same thing here in central Illinois, and we have only been told to put on a mask a couple of times in certain stores.

I have no problem wearing masks so long as its in a crowded place. I just think of it as being incognito 😁 A balding Ninja. Whoops, forgot the baseball cap.
