The Copenhagen Interpretation of Quantum mechanics never made sense to me. It was Illogical to think that the universe could collapse its own wave function without us there to observe it.
Unless of course, there was a prime Observer. And the version of the universe He "Observed" collapsed into a perfect one. And when we, as Humans with free will, choose to go against him, we collapsed the wave function into a new and imperfect universe. And that is the Quantum Genesis of the universe.
Remember that Religion and Science do not oppose each other; For modern science was born from the European Christian intellectual tradition. Science was born from Christianity. Science is in its rebellious teenage years, but in the decades to come, it will grow up.

The problem with the CI is that it never really explained anything. They were trying to figure out why they couldn't reconcile Newtonian physics with Quantum level physics. And nearly 90 years later we're still working on it.
For a serious critique of CI you might want to check out Not Even Wrong: The Failure of String Theory and the Search for Unity in Physical Law by Peter Woit. His website is here:

Sounds interesting. I never liked the CI from the start, but I thought of throwing this idea out there anyways

The concept of science existed well before the dawn of Christianity...

I meant specifically modern western science
