Another tech-related post.
Here are three privacy-focused apps available for both Android and Apple smartphones that you might want to check out. None of these apps contain advertising by the way.

Signal- A good replacement for the stock text messaging app, when both sides use the app it encrypts text messages and phone calls. Optional password protected so no one else could access the app but you. Emoji support, color themes, and other customization options. Free to download and use.

ProtonMail- Don't like or trust GMail? ProtonMail offers encrypted emails when both parties use it, with servers located in Switzerland. Primary features are free to use, paid upgrades available for those who need more archive space or multiple email addresses.

ProtonVPN- From the same developers as ProtonMail, comes their VPN (virtual private network) service. Basic services are free, paid upgrade available to unlock more vpn servers located in other countries. VPN helps mask your online identity and browsing activities.

Identity theft and cyber security are hot topics these days. Hope the community finds this post useful.
