That's a nickname of sorts. I'm sure you've seen some of his videos on here recently. I believe eschatologyguy posted several while the Ukrainian/Russia buildup was occurring a week or two ago. Middleaged man with short grey hair and long grey goatee. That is Pinball.

He replied within about 1/2 an hour or less.
My Word software does not support his newer version but I was able to copy and paste the entirety of the letter and then remove inappropriate coding.
Very impressed with his response time.
