If you can change your gender, then you can also change your sexual orientation.

Change my mind.

There's a YouTube personality, I can't exactly remember the name but they're fairly well known, that is a transwoman (male thinking they're female) lesbian (attracted females). I know it's Riley something -- I'm not looking it up on my YouTube account because I don't want anything associated with them on my recommended videos. Anyway, when I learned about this, and the "classification" of their gender in relation their sexual orientation, it blew my mind that this was a thing.

I just can't do the mental gymnastics required reconcile the intersectional train wreck that's going on here.

It's an abandonment of science and reason for anything that defies normalcy... no matter how absurd.

Sexual orientation is more of spectrum than a binary especially for women.

I have heard about cases where after going through the process of sexual re-assignment that people have changed their sexual orientation.

But ultimately who or why should anyone care how others excited about what they do with their junk?

Right. But if I'm a gay man, what does it really mean for me to say I'm attracted to men, if the idea of "male" is just a social construct? And how can it be that you're born with a certain sexual orientation of gender is a social construct? Is it natural or not?

Also, I have no problem with people doing what they want to do, so long as they aren't demanding I validate what they're doing. I'll leave them alone, but they don't seem to want to leave me alone if I think men are men and women are women.

@jnaatjes Absolutely! I have no interest on infringing on the rights of another's expression. I do however have a problem with said persons attempt to compell me to agree with their choices. Some how we have conflated disagreement with hate and disdain.

Hmm, now that's an astute proposition.

Considering that of the the words around gender etc, have become convoluted to the point where nothing means anything, and everything means something

Yeah, no. Not possible.

I won't change your mind on that much... as you are correct about that.
