@Genghis In viewing the original video, I would have not have concluded that "he is not fully there." He didn't seem confused to me. He has a bit of a stutter and seems slightly nervous in front of the camera, but that's about it. He seems slightly dyslectic in that he thinks he's used one word when he means another, but he's always been that way. I do that sometimes and do not consider myself "not fully there." If you think Biden is somehow mentally impaired, then that's your opinion. But if he is, this should be obvious to all. It should not take an edited video to convince us of such. The original video should be sufficient.
