Items 2, 5, 17, 25 are impossible to implement because no one agrees on what those things mean or what should be done about them.

Items 6, 15, 18, 21, 22 are likewise subject to difficulties in implementation for similar reasons.

Everything else seems plausible and reasonable, but given the seriously ill-considered nature of some of the points, i cannot support it.
