Are you suggesting that the government shouldn't mandate it? Or that mandating is ok, but you should be able to sue if received a damage?

You are correct. Not sure where I am on this one. I am suspicious when we are legally mandated to consume a product which is quite profitable to the maker of the product. I also don’t doubt the benefits of vaccines. I am not naive and am aware lobbying is common and successful. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
