Considering the growing evidence that our police have abandoned us, I will share something with you that the government does not want people to know.

Citizens have the exact same arrest authorities under the Criminal Code as Police, except for arrest on reasonable and probable grounds. So as long as you see the crime being committed you can make an arrest. If the person resists arrest they can be charged separately for that.

Citizens also have the right to lay private informations (charges) against anyone they have evidence has committed a criminal offence or provincial statute violation.

They don't want people to know this, but it is a fact. So if you see our police committing an offence, against either federal or provincial laws, you can take action under authority of the Criminal Code or the Provincial Offences Act.

Now you know.
