"The news reports on NPR should be cause for greater public concern. Under the guise of "objective news," reporting, the left is actively advancing its political agenda."

NPR had always been a standard, liberal news outlet. I feel that they always tried to deliver unbiased reporting of the news and made it clear whenever slanted, editorializing was to take place - both from the left and from the right. However, within the past 10 - 15 years the line between biased opinion and honest news reporting has been blurred. It seems that NPR has opted for the leftist agenda so much so, that they have completely become a classic left-wing propaganda machine.

In other news, water is wet.

I have not known a time in my adult life where NPR was not politically left. If there is a revelation here, it's that NPR no longer cares about turning off conservative listeners to the point that they're willing to publicly admit their bias.

When I was very young, they had very screwy viewpoints on stuff ... on “news” ... but they had some very decent music programming.
As I got older I noticed some of their commentators were not ... completely lost.
I actually donated on occasion.

In the past decade or so I find that they have gotten so bad that, while I still listen to the music, the moment the music stops and talking begins, I shut them off.

Yeah ...
I stopped donating to both “Pubic Radio” and “Pubic TV” ...
They couldn’t PAY me enough to listen to their dribble ...
