Most significant word is "may", and that will be only if they are not in jail!

Is there an indictment against the voting machine company?

@TyKC Coming: Sidney Powell

@warminster100 Powell is not a prosecutor but an independent attorney. She has no standing to bring charges except in a civil case. Charges must be brought by State or Federal prosecutors and it is unclear whether the feds have jurisdiction since the voting machines are owned and controlled by the States. All this trying of the voting machine company in the press is nonsense and I don't blame them for being upset. But it is a heavy lift trying to win a case against the Press, which I suspect is the reason for the hesitation.

@TyKC Trump declared her to a Special Prosecutor a few days ago.

It has no effect on the conspiracy theory community who just want to deny reality in spite of overwhelming evidence that contradicts their world view. It's the Dunning/Kruger effect in all its glory.

What's the Dunning/Kruger effect? Looks like I need to do some research.
