Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.It's trivially amusing to consider the ideological differences between Star Wars and Star Trek. In Star Wars, the 'good guys' are the rebels, fighting against the Imperial Army, while in Star Trek, the heroes are members of the United Federation of Planets (sometimes called the Galactic Federation).
While they both adopt similar styles of sci-fi tropes, they are blatantly opposed in their underlying politics.
