Question. With all this talk about #Hitler and #Nazis, such as calling a white chick in a mini-skirt a #WhiteSupremacist and a Nazi, why does nobody bitch when #SamuelLJackson wears a Nazi uniform for entertainment? Does anyone under 35 even know what a Nazi really is?
I think its because, comparing or calling something Nazi is the most extreme example of hate, racism, and evil that most people can understand. However this comparing and calling everything that comes down the pike is not even close to accurate, it diminishes the plight and the suffering of the actual victims of the Nazis. I also suspect it will lose all meaning at some point since any deviation from the outrage culture will result in the label being applied to anyone that does not conform to their way of thinking. Well now that I think about it, that pretty much does seem to embrace the Nazi way of doing things, I just think it would be more accurate for the ones applying the label to where it instead.
What exactly are you referring to with the "white chick in a mini-skirt"?
And yeah, movies are different than people glorifying Nazis in real life.
