Doesn't really surprise me. I used to live in Edmonton where they have a massive mall that includes live acquarium displays throughout the pedestrian areas and a train that moves you through the mall as it is the size of 3 football fields. They have a year round fairgrounds area including most of the rides you would find at any massive fairgrounds. They have submarine rides that are quiet extensive. Was a fun place to shop every week and usually I would park at one end to accomplish certain types of shopping, then drive to the opposite end to get my grocery shopping done. Very impressive concept, opened in mid to late 80's. Attached is a picture of the full size pirate ship in one part of the mall and another one of the rides there.
