It wasn't until my late forties that I discovered the importance of economics. I'm not talking about charts, graphs, or even math. Economics describes the methods that might be used to reach desired goals and explains why those goals are reached, or not, based on the method used. For those of us whose goals are individual liberty, non-violence and respect for private property, having a firm grasp on how social, economic or political methods keep us from reaching these goals is essential. My blog site, Et Invisibilium, focuses on bringing to light these methods, their impact, and how we might reach those goals.
