Totally agree! I have come to the belief that whilst feminism first came about to gain some equality in rights, it got hijacked by the marxists - who have turned it into a gender war. With gender arpartheid as the goal - to further the division between the non-elites and the depopulation goal. It's not only tearing apart friendships and families, it's making it harder for the younger generations to have healthy relationships (which will decrease birthrates, increase suicides).
The fact is there is no legal way to fight the reset.

@Naomi sure I read the article. Under that system, you wouldn't even be allowed to pose the sort of questions that you do. And I find it ironic that the only people arguing for, or defending that system (socialism/communism/marxist trashism), have never had to live under it or have any experience with the reality of it. As for my previous statements/questions - there's seeing both sides of the coin, and then there's arguing for the sake of arguing.

Or being the devil's advocate for no other reason than academic argument. Where does it end? Would you for example find it ok if a 10 year old had 'consensual' sex with a 50 year old? I realise that's an extreme example, my whole point is that anyone could play devil's advocate - or they could take a firm stance. That's all I'm really wondering - do you have firm stances or do you just enjoy philosophical arguments and have no real firm stance on much (and I don't mean being 'left' or 'right'. You've hit the nail on the head. That's why socialism doesn't work. Collectives start of like socialism with the greater good in mind but end up in mob rule (and that includes 'democracy' ) - can easily be twisted and coerced into authoritarianism that crushes anyone not part of the 'group think'. Like all things left - starts of with good intentions but gets more evil the bigger the group and the more power there is. In politics the cream gets pushed to the bottom, not rises to the top. The old adage - power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely is on point. Like Ayn Rand noted - The smallest minority on earth is the individual. Those who deny individual rights cannot claim to be defenders of minorities. The bigger the group, the dumber it gets and the bigger the thug that rules it. Exactly so with co-operatives.

@Poncho69 well then I defer to your expertise 😅. I'm definitely not an expert. From my experiences, the law isn't applied equally. Judges sometimes hand out ridiculously heavy sentences, sometimes ridiculously light, based on what?... sometimes little more than their personal views/ideas/feelings of the individual on the stand. I've been dealt a heavy sentence for something petty (possession of a BB gun) with no priors, while someone with a similar (but far worse multiple weapon) charge and a long criminal history gets off with a slap on the wrist. What's that based off other than how the judge feels? Also, as you've mentioned, laws are different around the world - which to me demonstrates how different societies place different values based on how they feel towards a particular act.

Tom81 replies on Mar 29, 2021:
@Poncho69 they don't, but they can, depending on the issue. I've been delving into psychology to understand emotions, and there is some logic behind them (even though it may be twisted, convoluted or just subconscious based on experience). Laws and ideas are also two very different things, both open to interpretation. How I interpret your question may be different to someone else's understanding - and this can be the crux of the problem. If laws are partly based on public consesus, is that not based on emotions to some degree? Certain things are illegal because society has a certain feeling towards that act. And sentencing is based on society consensus on feeling that certain acts are more horrific than others and demand harsher punishment. In general though, laws can be very arbitrary and certainly the system favours those with money or in power. Interesting question though, a close friend of mine is studying law (we often discuss all the case studies she has to do), so by default, I'm learning about it too 😅

@WilyRickWiles can agree on that for sure. If governments collect taxes (and they do so in abundance), we could have free basic education, public libraries, public transportation, reasonable public health (with education and personal responsibility as part of the framework), public parks and at the very least subsidised housing for the actual 'working class' (and I believe you need to be actually working to be part of the 'working class' ). Where I draw the line is when things turn into a welfare state that rewards (and thus encourages) dependence, the whole concept of 'equity' (because it's just discrimination any way you look at it), identity politics based policies (that just encourage 'victimhood' and seed & fuel division rather than unity) and the amount of needless bureaucracy (that drains funding and makes everything less efficient and effective). I work in public health and see the need, but can't ignore the waste.

@WilyRickWiles and what exactly are 'public goods'? I'm no supporter of the extremes of capitalism or a fan of the elites but communism is the exact same thing in practice. In capitalism, the elites are the rich, in communism the elites were the political class. Both 'elites' ruled over and exploited the 'working class'. The Frankfurt School came about because capitalism generally made 'working class' lives better (not denying exploitation didn't exist) and so they REJECTED communism. All their theories and ideology was aimed at what you would call the 'elites'. Rich, spoiled liberals that never had any struggle in their life. All that ideology is being pushed downwards, blended in with agitation propaganda, to manipulate people. Communists don't seek equality and fairness. They're just full of envy and jealousy that they're not the one's in power. Communism is political serfdom, not a friend of the 'working class'.

And I never received any money from the scholarship into my pocket, it went directly to pay tuition fees at the college. I still had to support myself by working. But having free tuition(and providing free labour in a hospital as part of the course) is living of the taxpayer?🤔 So if I live of welfare - thats communism, but if I work at a public hospital (which is the majority in Australia), that's doing what the government wants - so also communism.🤨

Is there a family court for states? Do states have to go to intermediation too?
International Women's Day is coming up! (Mar. 8) So, what am I supposed to do? 😂

If gender is a social construct, then why do feminists exist?🤔
Tom81 replies on Feb 26, 2021:
@Hanno I have no beef with traditional feminists, infact agree on a lot of issues. But this 3rd wave or 4th wave trash is marxist post modernism that has gutted traditional feminism and is wearing it like a skin suit. Most of the traditional feminists are older, have already won most of their battles and will get pushed out of the scene by the cannibalistic and radical extremists that are young and have plenty to prove. You could say a coup has taken place in the scene between the old and the new, and feminism has become completely redefined. Still, gotta love the irony - the people pushing female victimhood/supremacy, are also claiming gender doesn't exist or gender is whatever (and whenever) you want it to be.

@bastion and MSM doesn't need money and never tells lies or misleads the public 🤣. Keep paying (and loving) the BBC for trash propaganda through taxes and licences, even though they DON'T NEED your money🤣. Lift your game, troll. That was barely half arsed.

@bastion 1) Brag media is primarily a music industry and pop culture magazine... that went out of print. Great source...if you're looking for a gig guide, not actual journalism. 2) Did you even read the whole article? You've selectively ignored big chunks of it to paint your own narrative. Big surprise there 😱. 3) Victorian police are petty thugs and trash. Suing them might make them pull their heads in a bit. And the donations have not only gone to help his court case but also to help regular citizens (who couldn't afford lawyers) fight their dodgy fines. 4) MSM in Australia is complete garbage. Without independents, all we would have is pro-gov propaganda and celebrity gossip. And yes, he has exposed some of the MSM bias and BS. No one on your side of the fence has managed to do more than print out pamphlets nobody wants.

His logic is if people learn about proper family planning and contraception there will be less unwanted pregnancies and the population will decline.

@WorldSigh well there have been reports of sterility in males as a side effect of the 'vaccines' and problems with women having miscarriages due to the 'vaccine' (the reason why they stopped testing on women in trials in Africa). If you can't produce, that makes family planning fairly straight forward 😁.
