I have mixed feels on this subject!!! Using this type of evidence should be/ would be good in Class A felonies, ie: murder and rape, beyond that I not totally on board!!! Example: using DNA to prove a firearms possession (ONLY) case would be taking it to far and IMHO a Constitutional violation!!!

The basic idea is correct, and likely true, but the DEMS would keep Joe going for 25 months!! That way Hilary could run for re-election twice after serving the balance of Joe's term!!!
