What is meant by the US of A?
The people have lost and the State has gained.
The State becoming more intrusive and overbearing with a greater ability to surveil the general populace with less transparency of their motives and objectives.
The people have lost even more trust in the political institutions of America and this has been increasing exponentially since.

Credibility as a source of moral authority, or more precisely the Legal Fiction Entity known as U.S.A. Inc. (LLC) has lost the power to deceive the people enslaved by the frauds pulling the strings and demolishing buildings with people, and evidence, in them, to then create fear, false blame, and the cover needed for more crimes against humanity in other places.

You've listed a gain. Can you think of anything lost? Like Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, and quiet, vagrant free public libraries.
Yea, right, in some eyes The State named U.S.A. Inc. gains credibility every time their bank account also gains purchasing power. To everyone else the net effect is fraudulently called inflation.
The question asked was:
"What has the U.S. of A. gained and lost since Sept. 11th, 2001? Please participate."
To those receiving the benefits of their investments resulting in the fraudulently labelled "Terrorist Attacks," the Facilitators of that specific cash flow gained credibility as facilitators of fraudulent cash flows.
Those having their lives and families defrauded, bribed, extorted, tortured, and murdered, on the other hand, are less likely to appraise those facilitators of those fraudulent cash flows favorably, a net loss of credit or credibility charged to so-called U.S.A. Inc. (LLC).
All my views expressed so far are notwithstanding the entertainment value of watching The Long Black Train of Omnicide proceed like a Train Wreck in slow motion.

Blaming the group is THEIR process, and THEY know it is FRAUD.
Victims of FRAUD actually believe that THEY did it.
Each name of each suspect is named by name on the True Bill as the individual defendant on trial before criminal trial jurors and the whole truth required to establish a just verdict regarding the charges on the accusation by the private prosecutor claiming that the named defendant is individually responsible for the injuries caused to the specific people in the group known as The Public.
There is no government to blame.
There is no religion to blame.
There is no Cult to blame.
There is no Tribalism to blame.
There is no Group to blame.

The Political Faction didn't do it.
The Organized Criminal Cartel didn't do it.
The individual causing the injuries to the individual is responsible and accountable as an individual because of the natural laws governing human beings.
