What do you guys think of Germany and other European countries' commitment to giving descendents of Jewish Holocaust victims EU citizenship?
I think it's a fair form of reparations.

Anyone who judges individual action by group is a moron.
Given that other European countries also suffered under Nazi occupation, why should they? By that logic, Europeans should pay reparations to Russia, who did most of the fighting and lost 20 million.

I'm all for it. They can give all the American blacks EU citizenship too. I think they should also thrown in a free Cadillac and a selection of Nike sneakers too.
If Europe could come up with enough free matso balls, Cadillacs, and Nike sneakers, America could become a free country again.
Whatever they want. Europe should give it to 'em.

"Reparations" are always unjust.
Europe is clearly not familiar with Constitutional principles. That has been obvious since our founding. The playing field is always level under our original Constitution, and bad things always happen. Justice happens in our Constitutional court of law for individuals, not groups. There is no justice that involves groups so it is anti-Constitutional, because group "justice" sacrifices the rights of all individuals for the rights of a few.
