If it is fact then we should respond in a forceful manner. If it is disinformation used for political purposes by Democrats, perhaps we should respond to them as well.

There is always uncertainty in intel reports. The proper response should be to let the Russian know that if the intel is true, it will not be tolerated. The Trump Administration has chosen to not respond at all. So, the politicians in the House are rightly concerned and are taking the correct action.
I thought Trump was going to get us out of there? At least that’s what campaign Trump said.
