Seriously though, the odal is a Viking rune. The Nazis didn't design the symbol, and the symbol has meaning beyond unit insignia. Woke leftists just look for any lame excuse to point the finger and direct attention away from how dodgy and hypocritical they themselves are

As always, I may be commenting on the wrong thing: That's not an SS collar. They had their lightning shaped SS symbol on them.
"Schutzstaffel !"....everybody who played FPS computer games in the early 1990ies has had heard that 
Schutz means to protect or care for, staffel is essentially staff.
