Look its a law in texas because texas is a very large hotspot, and its saving lives. Also check the tenth amendment, itll make sense then. That also controls pandemic prevention within the states

They're alluding to the possibility of both acts being deadly to others. Drunk driving can certainly be deadly. But obviously not wearing a mask would only be deadly if you were actually carrying the virus, and in the presence of someone particularly vulnerable, the likelihood of which varies considerably. So no, they're not comparable. But how do we respond? By making your voice heard and citing facts.

I have questions about drunk driving laws and seatbelt laws. Now we have pandemic rules.
A people that need governed least are governed best.
Japan learned some of the lessons from what lead up to their disaster in WWII. It doesn't matter if it is a right-wing or left- wing socialist authoritarian government by declaring their government didn't have the authority to impose draconian domesticated pandemic remedies the Japanese express what everyone should know. Authitarianism isn't the answer.
