@Ramzpaul was right in his recent video: Let's Give Everyone an A! I looked at the PDF that the San Diego School District posted and they have a chart that clearly shows that Asians get fewer failing grades than Whites. 6.7% of Whites got failing grades while only 5.7% of Asians got failing grades. So much for racism.

You can’t have school discipline, because blacks cause more trouble and are punished more often. You can’t have a serious curriculum because you need classes in “racial consciousness” to boost the self-esteem of non-whites.
