I just watched some "woke videos" from Doritos. Someone posted a comment in the comment section of the video about David Dorn the black police man that was killed during a George Floyd protest/riot. I think in this turbulent time we find ourselves in. It is important to further the conversation. Not speak "at"one another but to speak "to" one another.
I enjoy hate watching on YouTube. I love it when I can find a smug self-righteous individual or group that I can push the thumbs down button on. But I need to be true to myself. Am I causing as much harm to civil discourse as the smug video makers that I am pushing the dislike button on?
That is why I like slug dot com. We can have meaningful conversation.. with an occasional pejorative.
