What do I have to do to get to level 2??
I'm wondering what I have to do to get to where I can post comments and stuff. Is there a time factor involved? I did my profile. Also, it won't let me upload a short video. Am I disallowed from that until I level up?

No time factor, move at your own pace. The video upload option no longer works and not sure if it will ever be brought back. By posting, commenting on other posts, and voting on posts and comments progresses you through the levels. Hope that answered your question.
