if they were working on geoengineering, then id think they would be having substantially noticeable effects...if they are approaching the climate change issue, we'd have a worldwide push for the increase of plant life, and would easily have been able to calculate the about of methane in the atmosphere, which in return the amount of plant life need in order to consume our carbon output. Instead they are deploying sate lights which will shoot red light laser beams in and out through the thick layer of flammable gas inside the atmosphere..seriously what seems more likely?

@DesireNoDesires the universities are just giving classes on the subject, I posted this for people that are going to say there is no such thing as geoengineering. Geoengineering has been around since the 50's it started with cloud seeding for rain. There is also no one group overseeing this practise or studying the side effects beyond the regions that are being tampered with.

have you ever seen the amount of water vapors that build up in a air compressor, they have water traps for them that filter out any vapor build up so paint guns can be used. Just imagine the amount of vapor the pressure from a jet would create.

@James theyre probably attempting to dilute the amount of methane gases that are filling our atmosphere due to our insufficient amount of plant life to consume the amount of gases we put off.
