More to the point, does anyone really care? Let her play her games. She’ll be a footnote to the history of this administration.
The idea that the Speaker of the House would have any influence at all over the procedural rules governing the Senate is pure horseshit. And the proof is to ask the reverse: should the Senate Majority Leader have any say over House rules?
