Cis means just before and Trans means just after.
So I assume that cisgender/male is some man who identifies as woman but have not “transgendered” yet, and transgender/male means you had your balls chopped... or so you would think.

@MarieBabik I am referring to the Latin meaning if those words... Cis means “before” (in geography or time) or “this side” (in stereo chemistry) and Trans means “after” or “the other or opposite side” respectively.
@MarieBabik However it could mean heterosexuals in this context and you are then completely correct.
There are only two genders as defined by your chromosomes,anything else is either a sexual preference,lifestyle choice or mental health problems
