Amazing the paradox of it all. Politicians and the “intelligent” elite on the one hand saying you are unique,special, and are entitled to all sorts of things. Yet on the other hand, since you are not intelligent enough, responsible enough, or mature enough to handle these things we will deny you free speech and call it hate speech, deny you the right to bear arms and say they are assault weapons, somehow responsible for action, you can’t compete to earn a salary so we will have a minimum wage to even the playing field, and of course we will mandate and control your health care because without us you will not be able find a system that fits you.

They say it’s about self but are destroying the self for a collective existence. In our rush to achieve what we want (mistaking it for a need)we are blinded to the loss of what we really need. Happiness is about achieving, about reward for responsibility.

Maybe the reason we have so many idiots who are willing to be mass murders, is not because of drugs, mental illness, drugs and such (these things have been around forever) but because they have no self-esteem as they have never had to earn anything, never felt that happiness of self-satisfaction. And it explodes and they murder and destroy to satisfy that need to show they can do something to get themselves recognized.

It's not a matter of ability, but one of opportunity. Many don't have much opportunities whereas others as spoilt rotten right at birth. I see no issue in addressing such inequalities; to me it's actually how a society should be judged: how does it deal with its weakest members. The political elites, as of now, is a self-serving bunch of sycophants who can't care less about whose outside their socialite and wealthy circles. That's why inequalities are on the rise, and, yes, coupled with many other factors, lead to a whole bunch of idiots having nothing to gain or loose.

I don't understand what point your are trying to make in the first half of your post, though. You can have public health care working alongside a private one, the right to own guns but under strict conditions (though, as a European, why anyone would own a gun is beyond me) a minimum wage in place without it to be a threat to big earners... Socialism is not communism, nor capitalism unbridled and anarchic free market let loose. That's caricaturing the political debate.

You are a unique individual now let me tell you how you should conduct yourself, dress your self, where you should live, work, and what to believe. If you refuse to follow this course of action you will be punished by those upholding the standards of society, ridiculed by the masses that have already conformed, and shunned by your peers out of fear of being labeled unfit. This unfortunately is where we find ourselves in today society, in this relentless push to conform to a normality there are those that either conform and are broken leading meaningless lives in servitude to as system or those that eventually lash out in violent rage against it.

I'm going to do your post injustice by highlighting this one theme. It's funny how the postmodernists / social contructivists who believe everyones' truth is true, reject the truth of anyone who disagrees with them. For god's sake, if you're going to say you believe something pretend like you understand it or go ask someone. They just look dumb.
