Because if it weren't for double standards the left would have no standards at all.
Neither should be a crime. As long as they are not causing a fire hazard, it's freedom of expression.
But freedom isn't really the progressives thing.

@HighQ You're either a completely dishonest person or a utter dumbass. Trying to have any type of conversation with you is pointless. You are possessed with your ideology. A slave to a worldview that is incapable of realizing that not everything fits into a pre labeled box. Whatever.....boring.
@HighQ I'm fine with him being arrested for arson and/or destruction of property. What makes the left dishonest is he's being charged with a "hate" crime. His actions are criminal and his motive is irrespective of that and should not enter into it. Had he set that flag on fire in protest( a flag he bought and in a safe manner) he would HAVE STILL BEEN ARRESTED. That is wrong.
