Garland is conducting a pogrom on Oath Keepers in order to justify calling Jan 6th a seditious act. Not one of the 725 have been charged with more than trespass or damage of property. Without a successful change of sedition they can no longer pretend the government was breached for any good reason. I'm praying the Oath Keepers have excellent attorneys and the Judge in these cases is held to account, otherwise this proves the illegitimacy of this entire Administration.

The Justice Department has called mothers and fathers "domestic terrorists" for exercising their rights to be involved in the children's education. I would say that "seditious conspiracy" is a charge the Justice Department will have to prove. The partisan claims surrounding the January 6 riot make this charge a matter of the Justice Department's credibility. That is what is really on trial here. If they have legitimate charges, then we will see the proof. If not, then we must ask, "Do we want partisans in charge of federal justice?"
