RT News: Extreme customer feedback | Tesla owner BLOWS UP own car
A Finnish man decided to vent his frustration with Tesla in a more attention-grabbing way than writing a strongly worded letter. Upon discovering that a new battery for his Model S would set him back around $22,500, he decided to throw the proverbial baby out with the bathwater and downgrade the whole thing rather than shelling out for parts.
He got in touch with local YouTube channel Pommijatkat, which took his car out to the middle of nowhere and loaded it up with 30kg of dynamite. And before the car was blown up, a dummy with Elon Musk’s face stuck on it was given pride of place in the driver’s seat.
Hope the owner remembered to organize a ride home afterwards.

But in addition, where do people think that the electricity to charge these cars comes from? Solar farms? Even electric cars use fossil fuels. Just because one cannot see the burning of fossil fuels to generate the electricity does not mean that the car leaves no carbon footprint. I really appreciate this guys method of protest.

Talk about a pollution event. I hear those depleted batteries are toxic as hell which is another reason to reconsider buying one of these cars.

Not the mention that brochures don't talk about all the oil and gas and pollution and mining needed to actually dig the materials from earth, transport and refine them before they end up as a luxury toy for virtue signaling watermelons. That is higher than what it was for ordinary cars. Plus the redundancy. When old car breaks down, you can fix it locally and cheaply , with these new ones , like with iPhones, you have to buy a new one and soon, because its design to fail and be not reparable.
"You will own nothing, and be happy" moto in the works. You don't own an iPhone, since you can't repair it, you lease it because even if you want to keep using it, they will change standards for the apps so you can't install them. Its a giant money grab or epic proportion. Biggest wealth transfer in history and has nothing to do healthy or environment.
