@Beachslim In addition companies go bankrupt after a takeover. A takeover prompted by hideous contracts signed by idiots that drove the company downward. The contracts, like with a union promising a pension for all family members + healthcare + whatever other nonsense the first batch of idiots agreed to: or an infinite service contract on equipment that should have been junked. So, the takeover dudes declare bankruptcy 'cause that is a legal means to dissolve such stupid contracts. Company emerges somewhat more balanced.
Unfortunately, reboot when the takeover dudes sell it to another batch of idiots.
Going bankrupt is no big deal unless you are one of the idiots -- like this broad. She spends hoards of $$ on a degree and then whines about the legal system in which she got the degree to work in. What a turd. Obvious commie clown.
