@farmerguy56 Processed food is a great way to ruin your life as any farmer can tell you. Cavemen with simple diets did not develop cancer. Yeah, we have to die sometime, but there are better ways to go.
@farmerguy56 I'm only 74 so still kneel and squat. Natural inflammatory first thing every morning is: Green tea with turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper and a pat of butter to make it more effective.
@farmerguy56 I don't think hot or cold tea makes any difference. I buy Ginger-Turmeric-Green Tea from ChefInspired in Bolton, Ontario. A tablespoon of tea makes two cups in my press. I also add cinnamon and a whiff of black pepper which allegedly improves the efficacy of the turmeric by 1000 percent. Add a little pat of fat or butter to aid digestion. And, I harvested Burdock leaves and roots which also make a cancer-fighting tea. Happy, healthy wishes to you.
