I love seeing Democrat friends arguing how Republican friends (hahahaha cuz they knowingly have those, im still shocked i haven’t been banned from everyones fb wall) should remember how Republicans voted against the Covid relief bill and didn’t want to give us aid and that we should all turn down our $1400. i don’t think you understand how this works. Both sides had a plan for how to tackle Covid, just one side’s solution didn’t involve trillions of dollars in spending. the two sides proposed their solution and to the dismay of many the proposal with the spending won out. i think its a stupid solution but hey im just one person but what doni know if that’s what yall want then let’s go with it. its not what i would have like but why do i have to not go along with it just because it wasnt my first choice for how to fix things?

yup. its like sports. im sure there are players who think the play calls are stupid but they run the play anyway. sometime it works and sometimes it doesn’t. sometimes it may even work in one instance but nit another and sometimes it coukd even be an alright call but you still lose the game.
@Joehlert11 it’s a safe bet that doling out 1.9 trillion dollars to (possibly) generate 1 trillion dollars in a “stimulated” economy will end in disaster. The government is just placating us because they are still paranoid we might actually unite and round up all of the kleptocrats in it. They needn’t worry, it’s all just a bunch of talk.
I mean if i didnt need the money sure id prob donate it or something out of protest but yeah the government put me out work so if they arent going to let me get backnto work and make my own money then they can pay me
