BREAKING: Twitter Deletes Three Trump Tweets, Locks His Account

On Wednesday, after Trump supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol and blocked Congress from counting the Electoral College votes for Joe Biden, President Donald Trump called for supporters to “go home” but repeated his insistence that he won the 2020 election in a “landslide.” Twitter responded by blocking three of Trump’s tweets and locking his account for 12 hours.
“As a result of the unprecedented and ongoing violent situation in Washington, D.C., we have required the removal of three [Donald Trump] Tweets that were posted earlier today for repeated and severe violations of our Civic Integrity policy,” Twitter Safety announced on the platform.
“This means that the account of [Donald Trump] will be locked for 12 hours following the removal of these Tweets. If the Tweets are not removed, the account will remain locked,” the platform added. “Future violations of the Twitter Rules, including our Civic Integrity or Violent Threats policies, will result in permanent suspension of the [Donald Trump] account.”

twitter to submit. Twitter will of course defy. Sets a precedent. If anyone successfully defies
a presidential XO, then lots of people will. They will crybully it.
People need to realize how dangerous a situation this is, defying Trump's executive authority.
It means Republicans need not heed Biden's authority.

It would not be the first time. I hear wall street is back in business with companies from China, Trump banned via Executive order. Its just usual corruption. They think he is out, so they are back in business. Trump better have some proper military campaign ready, because the Swamp is back in congress deciding on electors to choose and the republicans are flipping back to swamp ways. Those that said they would not support electoral collage votes, are now flipping back to supporting it like crazy. Supposedly because of what happen today at DC with storming the capital. But in reality it just shows them as typical swamp creatures. As the wind blows they bend. And for some money, they will bend backwards too.
He should have taken his following to Parler months ago tbh.

Truer words were never said. Definitely. It would sunk the Twitter. Although I think Trump is the kind of guy that when you tell him he can't do something he goes into stubbornness overdrive. So probably he saw the Twitter censorship as a personal challenge. But that being said, yes I agree with you. He should have left to parler soon as it came online.
