Saps like him are who is behind the blow hard blather. They want whites to be discriminated so that we are all "equal" in discrimination. Any culture and society founded and designed for one race of people with peculiar and particular trails and folkways and norms will not fit people from another culture very easily. This is the purpose of assimilation into the dominant culture. Go try to fit into many Asian cultures and report back to me to see the truth of this. There is an old saying that the East and West shall never meet and there is a lot of truth to it. Africa and
America are just as far apart for those who will forever carp about discrimination, while their betters read the tea leaves and assimilate or at least make an effort to do so and stop blaming whitie like this white writer does.

@B1967 Too many variables. In hiring, people always hire employees they can relate to and with. For example, my eye doctor is middle eastern, his whole staff are ME except for one young white girl who answers the phone. My podiatrist I suspect is of mixed race and has all black staff with one Asian. My family doctor is white and has, equally black and white staff. A few weeks ago I had to go in the hospital for testing and everyone I had contact with from admissions to testing was black and the hospital is located in a predominantly white upper middle class area. In fact I saw very few whites that were in medical garb. All the Asian restaurants have Asian staff, same with Mexican restaurants. My experience, white owned companies have more diversity than all the others.. go figure.
