Ain't that the truth. From now until 2024 I guess we can expect everything in America to be filtered trough the context of yet again, presidential campaign. Everything will be about optics and choosing your guy.
I can see some like Trump, some like DeSantis, some like Kennedy. And no matter what dirt one digs up on each other them, after all they are politicians with a track records, the other side goes in counter attack.
Today, its Michael Tracey @mtracey journalist, pointing out the not so flatering comments on Kennedy and Robert Barnes @barnes_law in particular who is worshiping Trump that can do no wrong, very angry against anyone pointing out Trump flaws and bashing DeSantis while also defending Kennedy because It think he was a lawyer for Kennedy in some vaccine cases.
We also have another journalists Pedro L. Gonzalez @emeriticus who is big on DeSantis, but points out Trump flaws in tweets all the time.
Off course the not so funny thing is that no matter who of these people ends up in the oval office, deep state will still be in charge and this is mostly Kabuki theater I'm afraid. But I'm happy to be proven wrong.
