He did not know or believe that the Romanian Gov't would fabricate a reason to arrest him, his brother and hold them in jail without cause. I'm inclined to believe that Tates un-woke politically in-correct running commentary about women in particular offended the sensibilities so egregiously that some unknown or un-named Western Woke country or several countries bribed the Romanian gov't to arrest the Tate brothers in order to silence them - permanently if possible.

This could well be the process that has landed him and his brother in trouble. However, he was stupid to have not recognized the risk. Kinda like that Griner TWOT taking outlawed dope into Russia and expecting that her celebrity would protect her.
Doing stuff in other countries is not like crossing a state line in the US. Some really draconian laws might apply and if you don't do some research ahead of time -- you deserve some level of trouble to see if you are capable of learning.
@Neo-Tech I did not say they were given permission to arrest and to jail the Tate Brothers. I said that someone in a country where Tates rants are not tolerated (you just can't go around telling the truth about women and family and personal responsibilities) must have offered a very lucrative bribe to the Romanian Gov't in order to shut Andrew Tates mouth.
I don't think countries like Romania, Russia, Ukraine...etc are "woke" places. I don't believe Romania buys in to the woke narrative in any way. Of course its sheer conjecture on my part but it seems that because there are no charges nor evidence of Tates wrong doing there must be some kind of hidden explanation for throwing the Tates into prison without due process. It seems plausible that someone payed (see BRIBED) the Romanian authorities to do whatever they could or wanted to do to shut up Andrew Tate.
