The pharisees asked him why he healed someone on sabbath day. Its against the law to work on sabbath day.
Jesus knew these pharisees violate the law all the time. Thats why he called them hypocrites.
For those that think jesus never violated a law, it is not true. He violated the stupid laws that said he can't help and love his neighbor by healing them on sabbath day
