Libertarians come to the realization that socialists are successfully ‘conflating’ (confusing) police funding with police accountability in America – along with conflating ‘controlling’ with ‘public service’? These communists will ultimately win this culture war raging in western civilization unless it’s sharply realized that the war being waged by them (communists) is a linguistic war against western ‘dialectics’ (oral reasoning)?

Professor Jordan Peterson fell into disrepute among his fellows for challenging a Canadian Bill C-16 (as I recall) on the basis that its control of free speech had/has no precedent in the English language? Not being critical of his just (and noble) campaign, it occurs to me that the problem goes much deeper that simple control of language? It goes all the way to control of human thought by controlling human language – it’s an attack on the human dialectic that sets humanity apart from inferior beasts? Whether or not my observation is correct, that same war continues to rage on many different fronts – this culture war is primarily one of ‘sophistry’? But I digress?

Rather than defunding the police (so called law enforcement) wouldn’t it be better that Congress legislate a prohibition on this ridiculous thing called ‘qualified immunity’ thereby instilling at least a modicum of ACCOUNTABILITY in our justice system?

When an encounter with a police officer takes place (as it stands) the result can only be one of two things. Either a criminal is apprehended by the police officer or the police officer becomes a criminal – there’s no other alternative? After all, a wrongful arrest violates all manner of criminal law had they not been wearing a badge of privilege?

The English language is thought verbalized – is it not? So from where does communism’s right to forcibly make changes to it (language) come from – certainly not from GOD?
