I think Wiliam and Charles both parrot WEF Build Back Better, so I doubt it would make much functional difference.

@toronto_Georgia Maybe he does, but I wonder to what extent is he allowed to express it, in his position. The other sun Henry has proven to be a disaster on all fronts, supporting the same policies.

I suspect William will be pushed carefully into the WEF direction , possibly without him realizing it, because of his status and recognition and he doesn't strike me as a kind of person who can afford to get out of that deal. Short of becoming something outside of monarchy.

It seems that as William and Henry talked about "mental health" issues they had, whoever is behind him, probably WEF is using this as a doorway to set up Heads Together campaign, which under pretense of mental health and recognition of the Prince name wants to set up digital surveillance over peoples' problems. But off course its for your safety. Same basic scheme we have seen before, just hiding under a new name. Here is more info that I found.

What is the Heads Together campaign?

Heads Together is a mental health initiative spearheaded by The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry, which combines a campaign to tackle stigma and change the conversation on mental health with fundraising for a series of innovative new mental health services.

Significant progress has been made to tackle stigma surrounding mental health in recent decades, but it still remains a key issue driven by negative associations, experience and language. Through this campaign, Their Royal Highnesses have built on the great work that is already taking place across the country, to ensure that people feel comfortable with their everyday mental wellbeing, feel able to support their friends and families through difficult times, and that stigma no longer prevents people getting the help they need. In April 2017 Heads Together was the charity of the year for the Virgin Money London Marathon which became the first Marathon for Mental Health raising the profile of this important issue and inspiring people to talk about their own mental health for the first time.

From Autumn 2017, The Royal Foundation will roll out a range of new mental health programmes to ensure that the right help is available to anyone seeking mental health support, wherever they are and whenever they need it. This will include the development and use of digital technologies to transform signposting to appropriate support and improve the quality and availability of education about mental health. The Foundation will also be developing an instant access text messaging service for people in immediate need and will be supporting schools, employers and the military to implement comprehensive early intervention programmes.

To ensure the right help is available to anyone seeking mental health support wherever they are and whenever they need it, funds raised for Heads Together will be invested in a range of new and innovative projects, and in programmes to meet immediate need. Some of the funding will enable Heads Together to fulfil the demand created by the campaign – our partners have seen on average a 50% increase in demand for their services since Heads Together was launched in May 2016 and this investment will enable them to increase and improve their response.

The Duke of Cambridge, Prince William, spoke at Davos earlier this year to address the stigma surrounding mental health.

Around 450 million people worldwide suffer from mental ill-health or neurological disorders and approximately one-quarter of the global population will be affected by them at some point during their lives. Yet the stigma that still persists means many people avoid talking about them.

This attitude is beginning to shift, even in the unlikeliest places. While the "stiff upper lip" - the idea that you should suppress your emotions - may be as British as fish and chips, the younger generation of the Royal family are taking a different approach.

Putting themselves firmly at the vanguard of the global conversation about mental health are the Duke of Cambridge, Prince William (second in line to the British throne) and his brother Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex.

The Duke of Cambridge is attending Davos in 2019 to talk about mental health. He will also be discussing Mental Health at Work, an initiative designed to improve emotional and mental wellbeing in the workplace.

It is operated in conjunction with the mental health charity Mind, which found in a recent survey that 48% of British workers have experienced a mental health problem at work. However, only half of them had talked to their employer. The initiative wants to change this, and offers resources on everything from coping with stress to getting better quality sleep.

Putting their heads together

Princes William and Harry have been outspoken about mental health, sharing some of their own struggles as part of this commitment to battle the stigma and silence surrounding the topic.

Referring to his time as an air ambulance pilot, Prince William admitted his own mental health had been affected by things he experienced at work.

"I worked several times on very traumatic jobs involving children, and after I had my own children I think the relation between the job and the personal life was what really took me over the edge, and I started feeling things that I have never felt before, and I got very sad and very down about this particular family,” he told the audience at the This Can Happen workplace mental health event in November 2018.

When Prince Harry spoke about the impact of the death in 1997 of his mother Princess Diana, he detailed the impact grief had on his mental health.

“I can safely say that losing my mum at the age of 12, and therefore shutting down all of my emotions for the last 20 years, has had a quite serious effect on not only my personal life but my work as well,” he told the UK’s Telegraph newspaper.

He added: “I have probably been very close to a complete breakdown on numerous occasions when all sorts of grief and sort of lies and misconceptions and everything are coming to you from every angle.”

The two princes, along with Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, are among the driving forces behind the Heads Together Initiative to tackle mental health stigma and raise funds for support services.

@Krunoslav Prince William's discussion in that video was very positive but in the real world that framing is extremely rare. His goal is based on good will held by every person in these interactions. That's simply not the case.

As to "Using digital technology", that is a scary business! Yuval Noah Harrari has spoken of AI is something that will know you far better than you know yourself. Soon you will be convicted of either "unacceptable thought patterns" or even "pre-criminal activity" incarceration. I doubt very much whether the two will be happy where this ends up going.

@toronto_Georgia Yeah and encouraging "mentally ill and vulnerable" people to share all their stuff to this digital database. They convinced this before scmadamic, but they implemented in in many nations during pandemic. I remember hearing about it in Australia.
